The Center for International Training and Collaboration, BKKBN (PULIN/CITC) has mapped 20 (twenty) BKKBN employees based on the highest IELTS Prediction Test score conducted on February 2022. As a follow-up to these activities, PULIN held a follow-up activity to select a very high-potential candidate to study abroad on 19 and 20 April 2022. The activity was an interview process done by an independent psychology expert accompanied by the CITC Team and the Human Resource Department of BKKBN.
In the opening ceremony of the activity, Prof. Rizal Damanik, the Deputy for Training, Research, and Development motivated candidates to strive to get overseas study scholarships, therefore, candidates must be serious in answering the questions that will be given during the interview process.
The objectives of the activity were to understand the candidate’s level of knowledge, attitudes, motivation, and readiness to pursue a postgraduate program both a master and doctoral degree abroad. According to the interview result, there were 15 (fifteen) high-potential BKKBN employees were selected. The selected 15 candidates will be given English Intensive Course and IELTS Official Test by CITC for free.
